There is a good news for Abbotsford home buyers. Fraser valley MLS is reporting a slighly higher number of real estate listings in Abbotsford compared to the 4th quarter of last year. Abbotsford home prices are not coming down even though there are more homes on the market. However, the increas in prices is not as rapid as last year. The 12th Annual Blanket Drive November 27 - December 4, 2006 was very successful. Lower Mainland REALTORS® were able to collect 3,321 bags of warm blankets and clothing for those less fortunate in our communities. Donations were collected at local real estate offices and distributed to local charities by REALTOR® volunteers. Realtors collect blankets and warm clothing every winter for the homeless. Abbotsford Realtor’s made a great contibution again this year. Landmark realty corp office was one of the blanket collection centers in Abbotsford.
