June was another record month for real estate sales in the Fraser Valley. Listing volume was up 39% compared to last June but higher number of listing didn’t slow down the market. Prices are up across Fraser Valley. Average price of single family home was $529,678, an increase of 11.5% compared to June of 2006. Average price of a townhome was $321614 up 10.9% higher compared to the same month in last year. The average price of an apartment was up 16.2 per cent at $219935.
